everbud uses your Google account to sign in. On iPhone you can also use Sign in with Apple. There's no separate password to remember, and your records are backed up to that account.
- Open everbud.
- Tick both boxes: one to confirm your age and agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy, and one to let everbud keep your records in your account so they back up and sync.
- Tap Continue with Google and choose your Google account. On iPhone, you can tap Sign in with Apple instead.
You need to be 13 or older (16 in the EU and UK). everbud needs you signed in so your records are safe if you lose your phone.
Always sign in the same way you did the first time (Google or Apple), so you see your records.
If you can't sign in
The button is grey. Tick both boxes above it first.
You see "Sign-in failed".
- Check your internet. The first sign-in needs a connection (after that, everbud works offline).
- Make sure your phone's date and time are set automatically.
- On Android, update Google Play services and the Play Store app from Google Play. On iPhone, if Google keeps looping back, try Sign in with Apple.
- Try again. If Google's account picker doesn't appear, everbud opens your browser instead. Finish signing in there.
- Restart your phone and try once more.
Nothing happens after you choose an account. You may have closed the Google window. Tap Continue with Google again.
Signed in, but your records are missing?
You're probably in a different account. Go to More → Settings → Sign out, then sign in with the account you used before, the same way as before (Google or Apple). Your records stay with the account you first used.
everbud doesn't offer sign-in by email or phone number.
