How you cancel depends on how you paid. To check, open More → Your plan: if it says Billed by Apple, Apple renews it until you cancel. Any other plan is a one-time payment that doesn't renew. The free trial needs no cancelling: it ends by itself and nothing is charged.
Bought in the iPhone app
Apple bills these plans and renews them each month or year. Uninstalling everbud or deleting your account does not stop the payments.
- In everbud, go to More → Your plan and tap Manage or cancel in Apple settings. Or open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Tap everbud, then Cancel Subscription.
Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. Nothing renews after that.
Every other plan
Plans not billed by Apple, including every plan on Android, are a one-time payment for 1 month or 1 year. They don't renew and you're never charged again, so there's nothing to cancel.
When a plan ends
- Your account goes back to Free. Everything you've logged stays, and the free features keep working.
- If Family ends, everyone it covers goes back to Free at the same time.
Refunds
- Billed by Apple: Apple's refund rules apply, so ask Apple for the refund. We can't refund these ourselves.
- Every other plan: you can ask for a refund if you were charged by mistake, if you were charged but your plan didn't turn on, or within 3 days of paying if you haven't used the paid features much.
To ask, email support@everbud.app with the email you sign in to everbud with, and the payment date and amount or the transaction ID from your receipt. Once a refund is approved, it reaches your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
The full rules are in our Return and Refund Policy.
